Diagnosis and Analaysis:

You’re using a profit center where it’s not assigned to the company code you’re posting. Ensure that the company code in the profit center master data is activated.

You’re trying to post to a profit center where it’s not assigned to the company code you’re posting.

Solution and Procedures:

You must activate the profit center to the company code you’re posting. If multiple company codes are using the same controlling area, those company codes can use also the same profit center created in the controlling area.
